Win Win Where To Begin

This is me, sitting on the tile floor struggling to put the vacuum cleaner brush back on the belt. I did it and I’m amazed to tell you that it once again spins and works! I spent an hour and a half trying to fix the brush full of hair. I had to cut the hair away and pull it off the brush. Pet hair, human hair all wound up on this vacuum brush. What a mess and a pain in the ***! I however am thrilled to have my vacuum back in working order! I get tired of asking for help. I’m not helpless! So, I just did it! Saved some money and have the satisfaction of knowing that I can fix a few things around here myself!
Crazy weekend as a lot of it was focused on the promotion dance. I had the privilege of painting Zoe’s toes and doing her makeup for the dance. She and her friends looked so nice and had a great time. We parents and the kids met at one of our community fountains to take some pics of the kids!

Hard to believe this gal is starting highschool in the fall! She had a terrific time at the “Big” dance. She’s wearing my shoes here lol.
Then Sunday was Mother’s Day. We went to Talking Stick Resort for brunch. The buffet was a beautiful presentation! Expensive but full of deliciousness and beauty everywhere you looked!

 Just a beautiful day here in the desert! The coolest Mother’s Day that I can recall in the 13 years that I’ve lived here.

Found money at a casino? That’s exactly what she did. She was so proud!

After brunch, we went home and spent some time on the patio together. Zoe and I went for a nice bike ride together all around our little community. A very nice Mother’s Day indeed!

1st time using my new beverage dispensers. These are fun to have for get togethers!
It’s great to have a Win now and again!
