Outstanding broth for the Hot Pot Dinner that we got to experience last night courtesy of our friend Jimmy Tran of Pho Van.
Last night we were invited to attend a special traditional Vietnamese Dinner. Jimmy our friend had
invited us all to be his guests for the evening. The food was exceptional! He has really done a terrific job of replicating the flavors of Vietnamese cuisine! Pho Van is by far the best Vietnamese Restaurant
in Phoenix. We enjoy visiting Pho Van at least a few times a month.  Jimmy Tran is such a terrific host. We have become good friends through the years that we have been enjoying his establishment.

Last night we were also celebrating Hilton's Birthday. I made and took a homemade New York Style
Cheesecake to finish off  the evening.
