I worked on learning these Covers today. Because I play by ear, I have to play through some chord options to find the one I feel fits best. Most of this came to me without issue. The inflection and accents may need some fine tuning… I had a great time with this as the music is incredibly beautiful. He is an amazing songwriter/composer that I feel musically in tune with. His songs are always a challenge and after I get them in my head, I feel I’ve thoroughly visited them. I have yet to meet this amazing man. Maybe, it’s just as well. A meet and greet VIP pass would only leave me feeling empty. They are a quick smile and picture snap then it’s on to the next person.  

Maybe, it’s enough to feel the music come through my fingertips. Sometimes I feel as though I took a little bit of his amazing spirit and music in. Regardless, it’s always a nice day when I have the time to learn a new song! 

The Sky was dark and the moon faded behind the clouds and then disappeared this morning. I was able to capture this moment just before cloud cover overtook the moon. 

My tree is in full bloom now. It was about a week behind in blooming. I think it’s beautiful! 
On a much lighter note, daughters Zoe and Britt took a cooking decorating class on Saturday. They had an amazing time and came away with the most beautiful cookies! Way too pretty to eat…
