Thanksgiving Greetings From My Kitchen And My Piano Day #1 in my kitchen dwelling and baking brought about 3 homemade pies… Two Pumpkin and a Strawberry Rhubarb pie. Kitchen dwelling day #2 was even more intense and time consuming. Rewarding in that I was able to get the bulk of my cooking done for my Thanksgiving feast. Turkey, heating up a ham, mashed potatoes, gravy and some quick crescent rolls are all that I’ll need to cook tomorrow. Broccoli- Cauliflower casserole Cornbread Craisin Stuffing I made my traditional Grammy Ruth’s Cranberry Jello Salad I love this recipe. I love even more that the recipe is handwritten in my Grams handwriting. I loved, admired and so respected her mad cooking and baking skills. I loved to watch her cook when I was a teen. I have such fond memories of my Grandmother and my Mom cooking the feast! They were both amazing home cooks! How I miss them so especially at holidays! Nice memories though!
